Almost right. I'm guessing you made a typo with that second chord, you've written it out as Em7. The complete chord progression goes:

G | A7sus4 | Cadd9 | Dsus4 D | A7sus4 | Cadd9 | Dsus4 D

The song ends on a Gmaj7.
