"Don't Dream It's Over"

[Verse 1]

D Bm
There is freedom within, there is freedom without
G F
Try to catch the deluge in a paper cup
There's a battle ahead, many battles are lost
But you'll never see the end of the road
While you're traveling with me

[Chorus]

G A
Hey now, hey now
D Bm
Don't dream it's over
G A
Hey now, hey now
D Bm
When the world comes in
G A
They come, they come
D Bm
To build a wall between us
G A
We know they won't win

[Verse 2]
(same as verse 1)

Now I'm towing my car, there's a hole in the roof
My possessions are causing me suspicion but there's no proof
In the paper today tales of war and of waste
But you turn right over to the T.V. page

Now I'm walking again to the beat of a drum
And I'm counting the steps to the door of your heart
Only shadows ahead barely clearing the roof
Get to know the feeling of liberation and relief

[Chorus]
(same as first)

Hey now, hey now
Don't dream it's over
Hey now, hey now
When the world comes in
They come, they come
To build a wall between us
Don't ever let them win

Very incorrect. I'll post a proper tutorial on the piano at a future time. For now, let me just point out that the chorus begins on G minor inverted on D, into C major into F major before repeating again on G minor inverted on D.

This is the basic way of playing it. If you want to make it sound more sophisticated/emotionally strained, you'd include some 7th chords as well.
