My first tab I posted I couldn't edit because Ultimate-Guitar didn't give
me credit. My first try was ver2. Here is my edit, it's a vast
improvement and sounds nearly perfect. I think there might be another
chord change in the chorus between the Dm and F but I didn't take the time
to figure it out.

NOTE: Fmaj/C is an F major chord that mutes the low and high E strings
while Fmaj does the same but plays the B string open like this

Also, this tab is for the acoustic version they did on there Comatose Comes
Alive album. They play in a different key when they play it acoustic live.

  Fmaj/C Fmaj
----x--------x-----
----1--------0-----
----2--------2-----
----3--------3-----
----3--------3-----
----x--------x-----

I don't know that this is proper notation but just so you know what I
mean in this tab.

***Verse1***
Am C
           The walls between
Fmaj/C Fmaj
           You and I
Am C Fmaj/C Fmaj
Always pushing us apart nothing left but scars fight after fight

Am C
           The space between
Fmaj/C Fmaj
           Our calm and rage
Am C Fmaj/C Fmaj
started growing shorter , disappearing slowly day after day

***Pre-Chorus***
For this section use power chords.
    D E F
-------------------
-------------------
----7---9----10----
----7---9----10----
----5---7----8-----
-------------------

D E F
I was sitting there waiting in my room for you
                        D
You were waiting for me too

And it makes me wonder

***Chorus***
C
The older I get
G
Will I get over it
     Dm
It's been way too long for the times we missed
F G
I didn't know then it would hurt like this but I think

C
The older I get
G
Will I get over it
     Dm
It's been way too long for the times we missed
F G
I didn't know then it would hurt like this but I think

***Verse2***(same chord as Verse1)
Am C
           The time between
Fmaj/C Fmaj
           Those cutting words
Am C Fmaj/C Fmaj
Built up our defenses never made no sense it just made me hurt

Am C
           Do you believe
Fmaj/C Fmaj
           That time heals all wounds
Am C Fmaj/C Fmaj
It started getting better but it's easy not to fight when I'm not with you

Pre-Chorus+Chorus(1x)

***Bridge***
Am
What was I waiting for
C G
I should've taken less and given you more

I should've weathered the storm
                 Am
I need to say so bad
                        C
What were you waiting for
                         G C
This could have been the best we ever had

Chorus(1x)

Just a reminder, this is from the acoustic version from there live Awake and Alive CD. Make sure to listen to the CD to get the rhythm right.

I think H3ct0r is right, the Pre-chorus sounds really odd but otherwise its a great tab.
