Artist: Something Corporate
Song: Miss America
Album: North
Tabbed by:RebelScum (littlegolferboy@hotmail.com)

This is my very first tab, which I decided to do because there wasn't a decent tab of
this song out there. Something Corporate usually uses pretty basic power chords, but
this song is an exception.
Note: the open high E string is very important. You can hear it pretty much all
throughout the song whenever the guitar plays.

Tuning: Standard
Capo 5

Verse
-----
A Dsus2
Another lonely night in Amsterdam
F#m7 Dsus2
And stars are coming out in waves
    A Dsus2
I miss my Miss America in Park Hotel
F#m7 Dsus2
And I'm too stoned to call it a day

Pre-chorus
----------
E Dsus2/B
When everything you wanted
E Dsus2/B
Seems to hide behind your eyes
E Dsus/B
And I'm locked in my hotel room
E Dsus2/B
Thinking over our goodbyes

Chorus
------
A E
I will write this down for you
Dsus2/B
So you can read it
A E
I will hold my breath for you
Dsus2/B
Till I can't feel it.

Verse
-----
A Dsus2
Another lonely night in Amsterdam
F#m7 Dsus2
And water's moving through the sound
A Dsus2
The blood is boiling in my veins
F#m7 Dsus2
and the food I can't keep down

A Dsus2
And I don't care if you don't love me
F#m7 Dsus2
And I don't care if you won't change
A Dsus2
I could live inside the shadow that I cast for you
F#m7 Dsus2
If it meant that you would stay

Pre-chorus
----------
E Dsus2/B
And I'll be home before the morning comes,
E Dsus2/B
You won't have to be alone

Chorus
------
A E
I will write this down for you
Dsus2/B
So you can read it
A E
I will hold my breath for you
Dsus2/B
Till I can't feel it
A E Dsus2
You don't have to see me this way,
       Dsus2/B A
Cause this way I'm okay
         E Dsus2 A
I will write this down, I will write this down

Bridge
------
F#m7 Dsus2
Oh love, I'm tangled up again
F#m7 Dsus2 A Dsus2 F#m7
Oh love, when does this twisting end?
     Dsus2 A
When does this twisting end?

Chorus
------
A E
I will write this down for you
Dsus2/B
So you can read it
A E
I will hold my breath for you
Dsus2/B
Till I can't feel it
A E Dsus2
You won't have to see me this way
       Dsus2/B A
Cause this way I'm okay
        E Dsus2
I will write this down for you,
So you can read it...

And that's it! Enjoy!
