Spanky and Our Gang's third biggest hit, peaking at #17 in June, 1968.
Many thanks to the writer, Stuart Scharf (check out his website at

attempt.

Verse 1:

	                       Em7 Dm7
But I'd like to get to know you (yes I would)

	Em Bbdim Fmaj7 Bb9-5 [x10110]
Finally I found searchin' all around
	(...know you)
	Am Am/G Fmaj7 F6/G
	Just was not the answer
	Em Gdim Fmaj7 Bb9-5

	  Am Am/G Fmaj7 F6/G
I figured I might chance her

Verse 2:

But I'd like to get to know you (yes I would)
But I'd like to get to know you (if I could)
But I'd like to get to...

Hardly need to say, she went on her way
	(...know you)
	Said it was all over
Well, it's been some time and I guess that I'm
Just meant to be a rover

Great job. I do think that the second chord is an Fmaj7 to Fmaj7/G and that the Bbdim is actually a C7 or maybe a C9.
