BLACK COW

 intro on C13

       C13 Gm/C
In the corner

C13 Gm/C C13 Gm/C
Of my eye

      C13 Gm/C
I saw you in Rudy's

C13 Gm/C C13 Gm/C
You were very high

A7-9+5 D11
You were high

         E7+9
It was a cryin' disgrace

     Ebmaj9/6
They saw your face

       C13 Gm/C
On the counter

C13 Gm/C C13 Gm/C
By your keys

      C13 Gm/C
Was a book of numbers

C13 Gm/C C13 Gm/C
And your remedies

A7-9+5 D11
One of these

            E7+9
Surely will screen out the sorrow

    Ebmaj7 E11
But where are you to morrow

        Amaj7
I can't cry anymore

          Gmaj7/A Cmaj7/D
While you run around (while you run around )

Amaj7 Gmaj7 F#m7
        Break a way

             E6 Eb7+9
Just when it seems so clear

          E11 Esus4/C#
That it's over now

           F#m7 E7 Dmaj7
Drink your big black cow

    Cmaj7/D Ebmaj7/F
And get out of here

 B13 B13 C13 Gm/C
 Down to Greene Street

 C13 Gm/C C13 Gm/C
There you go

        C13 Gm/C
Lookin' so outrageous

C13 Gm/C C13 Gm/C
And they tell you so

A7-9+5 D11
You should know

            E7+9
How all the pros play the game

    Ebmaj9/6
You change your name

       C13 Gm/C
Like a gangster

C13 Gm/C C13 Gm/C
On the run

         C13 Gm/C
You will stagger homeward

C13 Gm/C C13 Gm/C
To your precious one

A7+-9+5 D11
I’m the one

              E7+9
Who must make everything right

                brass:

Ebmaj7 E11 F#/E E11
Talk it out till daylight

        Amaj7
I don't care anymore

        Gmaj7/A Cmaj7/D
Why you run around (are you runaround )

       Amaj7 Gmaj7 F#m7
                    Break a way

             E6 Eb7+9
Just when it seems so clear

          E11 Esus4/C#
That it's over now

           F#m7 E7 Dmaj7
Drink your big black cow

        Cmaj7/D Ebmaj7/F
And get out of here

The other version has simpler, more concise chords that work better. If you included chord diagrams for each chord (maybe it would make it easier?) that would help greatly.

My chords stay simply because they are the chords to the song that's on the album--as accurately as I can detect with my ears. If anyone can suggest a better chord in a better place, by all means pop it in there--I have opened my tab for public correction. My objective is to arrive at the most accurate transcription of a song--not enter a contest with anyone else who also posts a transcription of the same song.
