What I realized is that this is the version for the Live at El Rey DVD, but on the Craig Machine CD, he plays it without a capo. Either way, the tab itself is right in both versions.

This is all correct, with the exception of the choruses where the chords should in fact be:

Chorus:
A - Bm - E (x2)
Bm - E - Bm - E - D - E
