Almost perfect, but if you watch the vid then on the bridge and outro what he does is this:

C C/G Fmaj7

I don't know where we are going now

I can't decide whether it's a G7 or a C/G, so you can choose. Personally I think I prefer the C/G. And that chord progressions the same on the outro too. Good work aside from that though matey.
