[Finale] [4 or 6 M] Since the original fades out, there are 2 options -

1) You can hold the 'A' -

|Em |G A |A |A |
   Stop… drag-gin' my… heart… a-round…

2) Come back around and hold the 'Em' -

|Em |G A |Em |G A |Em |Em |
   Stop… drag-gin' my… heart… a-round…

Looks good but instead of C2 you might consider C9 (x32030). Also you don't need all those ellipses.

Just a little point on chord naming conventions. Yes, "x32030" is a type of C chord. But it's a C triad (C E G) with an added 9th (or 2nd).

Common theory calls this a C(add9).

The reason it is not a full-blown 9 chord is because the 7th is not present. A chord with a 9 or 13 behind it implies a "dominant" 7th chord (1 3 5 b7). So something like 1 3 5 b7 9 or C E G Bb D = C9 (C E G Bb D A = C13).

Also FWIW, the reason it's a 9th instead of a 2nd (it's really same note) is because the 3rd is present in the voicing, a "complete" triad, and so the 2nd isn't acting as a substitute for the 3rd (as in C2 or Csus2), but is an "add"itional colour added to the complete triad.
