I'm happier than the morning sun,
G Gm
And that's the way you said that it would be.
D B7 E7 A7
If I should ever bring you inside my life.

    D D7
I'm happier than the morning sun,
G Gm
And that's the way you said that it would be.
D A7 G D
If I should ever bring you inside my life.

A D7 G Gm
All my life I was alone; didn't think I'd find my part.

Now I see there's joy inside your arms.

Every day I searched for the star, that never was in the sky.

Chorus 1 (seems like a bridge to me)
- with a capo on 3....

D | D7/C | G/B | Edim/Bb | D/A | E/G# | G/A | A

Also, the verse...

D | D7 | G | C9

- obviously you don't need to play the bass notes, but it would add a nice touch. The suspended chords are what make it interesting.
