Ok these are the original Stevie Wonder chords. For a while a reharmonized
chords by Jack Johnson have been lying around,
and people were learning the wrong chords all this time.
(Something like C, Cmaj9, Am, F, eeeew).
Forget about these, here is the real stuff:
Song has three shifts by a semitone, but you can stay in
Amajor all the way, and use the following ending
"Hm,E,A; D,E,A"
Otherwise here is the full song:

A E/G#
Someday at Christmas men won't be boys
Em/G D
Playing with bombs like kids play with toys
Dm A
One warm December our hearts will see
Hm E Hm E7
A world where men are free mmmmmm

A E/G#
Someday at Christmas there'll be no wars
Em/G D
When we have learned what Christmas is for
Dm A
When we have found what life's really worth
Hm E A
There'll be peace on earth

Someday all our dreams will come to be
Fm/G# D#
Someday in a world where men are free
D#m Bb

Cm F Bb

Hm is actually Bm. H Minor is not even a chord!

In some parts of Europe, H = B and B = Bb. Doesn't change anything about the actual notes, just different notation.

I'm sure the author is from either Norway or Sweden. They are really serious about using H/Hm instead of B/Bm. I don't know why, it's just how it is
