this is terrible. first of all, the intro would only work if you play it in drop C. if you tune your high string down to a D, you can hear that it's right then, but as an E, it's too high. second of all, the rhythm chords you put are all wrong as well. if you play them in D, then would be 8, then 5, then 10. Not 5, then 2, then 7. this is a confusing song though, because the open chugs are in D, but the intro has to be played in C, or D standard. so either it's D standard, or it's DADGBD. or some other weird tuning...

alright, i messaged Jordan Whelan on Myspace, and he told me that the song is tuned to DADGAD, which is Drop D with the highest two strings tuned down a whole step. if you were to play it in that tuning, the first 3 bars are correct, but the rest is wrong. I can play the whole song (except the stupid solo that is giving me a hard time)

here's the 4th bar of the intro (as best as i can write it, i've never written down a tab before):
d---0----0----0----0-----0----0----0-------:
a-5--5-12--12---10---10----17---15---------:
G------------------------------------------:
D------------------------------------------:
A------------------------------------------:
D------------------------------------------:

those are the notes, play around with them.

like i said, the chords behind the intro are:
d--------------------------------------:
a--------------------------------------:
G--------------------------------------:
D--8--------5-------10-----------------:
A--8--x16---5--x12--10-x4--------------:
D--8--------5-------10-----------------:

then the open chugs on the low two strings while Gtr. 1 plays the intro again, then it all pretty much repeats the same again.

the verse is all piano for the first half, then it's this:

d---------------------------------:
a---------------------------------:
G---------------------------------:
D---------------------------------:
A---------------------------------:
D--7h8-7--------------------------:

Gtr. 2 plays PM chords behind this:

e-12~-------------15-14-12-10-10h12p10--19~**---:
B-----12~-13~*----------------------------------:
G-----------------------------------------------:
D-----------------------------------------------:
A-----------------------------------------------:
E-----------------------------------------------:
*this note IS NOT right, but it sounds good there
**do bends etc to mess with this note, it's hard to figure out what he plays here

chorus is all the same chords as the intro and then this part in between vocal phrases:
(strumming each)
d---------------------------------------------:
a---------------------------------------------:
G--10-9--12--10-9-10-10-9--5-7----------------:
D--x--x--x---x--x-x--x--x--x-x----------------:
A--8--7--10--8--7/8--8--7--3/5----------------:
D---------------------------------------------:

that's all i've got for now, i'll add more later, or i'll just submit a whole tab when i get the solo figured out.
