VERSES:

Verse 1

NC
When I think of Lorelei

My head turns all around

As gentle as a butterfly

She moves without a sound

  D C D G
I call her on the telephone

    D C D G
She says be there by eight

  D C D G
Tonight's the night she's moving in

    D C D G
And I can hardly wait

Verse 2

    D C D G
Her eyes become a paradise

    D C D G
She softly speaks my name

    D C D G
She brightens every lonely night

D C D G
No one's quite the same

    D C D G
She calls me on the telephone

    D C D G
She says be there by eight

  D C D G
Tonight's the night she's moving in

     D C D G
It's time to celebrate

not bad overall
the keyboard part switches from that original D based chord to a G based one though
you may want to incorporate a change, something like this perhaps:

e|----3---3---3---3---3-|
B|-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3--|
G|--0---0---0---0---0---|
D|----------------------|
A|----------------------|
E|----------------------|

its not really how it changes, but its an easy way to switch the chord around

That's an idea, but I'm pretty sure that the notes are A and D. Whatever works for you, though.
