I haven't seen a complete tab with all the parts for the acoustic version of
Memory, so I figure I'll make one.

Towards the last verse after the last chorus, there's a few random notes here..
 sounds a little like this-

A#|------------------------------3--------------------------3-----------------|

After the last Bm is strummed, there's a final little fill to end the song
D#|0--2-------0---2------0---2-----0---2-------2------------------------------|
A#|-------0-----------0---------0----------0---3------------------------------|
F#|--------------------------------------------4------------------------------|
C#|--------------------------------------------4------------------------------|
G#|--------------------------------------------2------------------------------|
D#|--------------------------------------------x------------------------------|

(Here are the chords for each section of the song)

[INTRO]
   Asus A7sus4 G Asus Mute
D#|-0-------0------3------0------x-----|
A#|-3-------3------3------3------x-----|
F#|-2-------0------0------2------x-----|
C#|-0-------2------0------0------x-----|
G#|-0-------0------2------0------x-----|
D#|-x-------x------3------x------x-----|
The third Asus is played about 6/8th of a bar and the mute for the other 2/8th.

[VERSE]
   Asus A7sus4 G Asus
D#|-0-------0------3------0------|
A#|-3-------3------3------3------|
F#|-2-------0------0------2------| x2
C#|-0-------2------0------0------|
G#|-0-------0------2------0------|
D#|-x-------x------3------x------|

[CHORUS 1]
    D G Bm A Asus Mute
D#|-2------3------2------0------| |----0-------x-------------------|
A#|-3------3------3------2------| |----3-------x-------------------|
F#|-2------0------4------2------| x2,then |----2-------x-------------------|
C#|-0------0------4------2------| |----0-------x-------------------|
G#|-x------2------2------0------| |----0-------x-------------------|
D#|-x------3------x------x------| |----x-------x-------------------|
The Asus is only played for about 3/4th a bar and then muted for the other 1/4th.

[VERSE 2]
(same as VERSE 1, but the little fill is added in here as mentioned above)

[CHORUS 2]
    D G Bm A Mute
D#|-2------3------2------0---| |-----x-----------------------------|
A#|-3------3------3------2---| |-----x-----------------------------|
F#|-2------0------4------2---| x2, then |-----x-----------------------------|
C#|-0------0------4------2---| |-----x-----------------------------|
G#|-x------2------2------0---| |-----x-----------------------------|
D#|-x------3------x------x---| |-----x-----------------------------|
The mute here is played for half a bar.

[SOLO]
   Asus A G Bm A G G
D#|-0------0-----3-----| |---2-----0-----3---| |--3----------|
A#|-3------2-----3-----| |---3-----2-----3---| |--3----------|
F#|-2------2-----0-----| x2, then |---4-----2-----0---| x2, |--0--.....---|
C#|-0------2-----0-----| |---4-----2-----0---| then |--0----------|
G#|-0------0-----2-----| |---2-----0-----2---| |--2----------|
D#|-x------x-----3-----| |---x-----x-----3---| |--3----------|
Here it's hard to describe, but the A chords are played very quickly, for about
2 strums or so. It's better to just listen to the song. For the second part
of the solo (the Bm, A, G), the G is played indefinitely the second time
around until the verse begins.

[VERSE 3]
(same as the other verses, except the very last Asus is only strummed
ONCE and let ring until the chorus starts)

[CHORUS 3]
    D G Bm A
D#|-2------3------2------0------|
A#|-3------3------3------2------|
F#|-2------0------4------2------| x2
C#|-0------0------4------2------|
G#|-x------2------2------0------|
D#|-x------3------x------x------|

[OUTRO VERSE]
   Asus A G Bm A
D#|-0------0-----3-------2-------0------|
A#|-3------2-----3-------3-------2------|
F#|-2------2-----0-------4-------2------| x2
C#|-0------2-----0-------4-------2------|
G#|-0------0-----2-------2-------0------|
D#|-x------x-----3-------x-------x------|
Again, here the A (for Asus, A, G) is played very quickly.

[OUTRO]
(starts after the first "Can I be your memory?" line)
    G A Bm
D#|-3------0------2--------|
A#|-3------2------3--------|
F#|-0------2------4--------|
C#|-0------2------4--------|
G#|-2------0------2--------|
D#|-3------x------x--------|
