Key change is to D major, so therefore, just root, 4th and 5th (D, G, A,)

The end sequence to the high pitch voice end I think goes like this

(A) Lying in the arms of (D) Mary
(A) Lyin in the arms of (D) Mary
(G) Lyin in the arms of (D) Mary
(G) Ooh (D) Oooooh
