I noticed this on the Scrubs episode "My Lucky Night." Great song.

Tuning: Standard

To get the strumming 100% correct listen to the song. The drums hit the bass
at the same times you include the low E in your strumming.

I had to tune my guitar with my tuner set to 433Hz instead of 440Hz and put a capo on the 1st fret to get the right pitch. I find this really odd, but oh well. Nice work. It's all correct if I do that lol, it's like it's 3/4 of the way between a standard E (@440Hz) and standard F (@440Hz). So odd.

First of all, there are two versions of this song, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X0SooOgBDBM is the real one and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PEWyElzweEI is the demo. I think the demo is just slightly higher. Also, I play 3 half steps down with a capo on the 3rd fret. The capo always seems to make the notes just a touch sharp... maybe Tammany Hall NYC do something similar which causes the slightly higher sound. I haven't really noticed it but I don't listen to the demo and, as I mentioned, I use a capo to get to standard tuning which may increase the pitch.
