I was walkin' through the night

underneath the starry, starry sky
                      G C
All alone and full of fright, I came to realize
                               G
You won't believe the things I say
                        C G
Struggle each and every day, each and every day

oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh

C
Freaked out in a foreign room
G
with a love and I
C
Quick glance, is it really you?
G
You gave me quite a fright
C G
Into the living room, where we danced all night
C G C C G
Then I woke up beside you in a fake, but maybe real life (goes like
and then repeat)

C G
Came in flashing your gun, story of my life
C
In a picture, we were young
G
Well, look at us now
C
Cross the globe a thousand times
G
but I never made it back
C G
Back to the foreign room, now I lead a foreign life

C - G - C - G

C G
I know this is going to happen every which way
C G
Too fast and then too slow, I watch it every day
C G
I know this is going to happen every which way
C G
Too fast and then too slow, I watch it every day

         Am C G
But I'm, Not gonna let this get me down
Am C G
Not gonna let this get me down
Am C G
Not gonna let this get me down
Am C G
Not gonna let you get me down

C G
oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
C G

Good work getting the basics down, however, I believe on the album version of the song, it is a tone higher. So if anyone wants to play along with the album version, either put a capo on the second fret, or play chords a tone higher. Eg. C = D, G = A etc.
