Strumming Pattern - Down, Down, Up

This tab is just a mix of what I've seen on this song so far and what I think sounds good
It's pretty accurate and either strumming pattern will work. Enjoy

The last chord in my mind it sounds like a b major, not b7. Anyone else hearing this??

yes, the last chord is a b major, well all the chords are right, but all (not Em) of the chords need to be 5ths, and the b7 needs to be a b5.

Any chance someone can put a comment up with what the chords fingers are, for those of us who dont know the fingerings.
