"Worn" from The Struggle

1/2 Step Down (Eb) tuning

[Intro]

G, G/B, C, Em, D x2

[Verse 1]

G G/B C Em D
I'm tired I'm worn. My heart is heavy
G G/B C Em D
From the work it takes to keep on breathing
G G/B C Em D
I've made mistakes. I've let my hope fail
G G/B C Em D
My soul feels crushed by the weight of this world

[Pre-Chorus]

G/B C D
And I know that You can give me rest
G/B C D
So I cry out with all that I have left

[Chorus]

               C G
Let me see redemption win
                   D Em
Let me know the struggle ends
                     C G D
That You can mend a heart that's frail and torn
                  C G
I want to know a song can rise
                     D Em
From the ashes of a broken life
                      C G D
And all that's dead inside can be reborn
            C G/B D
Cause I'm worn

[Verse 2]

G G/B C Em D
I know I need to lift my eyes up
G G/B C Em D
But I'm too weak life just won't let up

[Pre-Chorus]

G/B C D
And I know that You can give me rest
G/B C D
So I cry out with all that I have left

[Chorus 2]

               C G
Let me see redemption win
                   D Em
Let me know the struggle ends
                     C G D
That You can mend a heart that's frail and torn
                  C G
I want to know a song can rise
                     D Em
From the ashes of a broken life
                      C G D
And all that's dead inside can be reborn
           C G/B D
Cause I'm worn and my prayers are wearing thin
          C G/B D
Yeah I'm worn even before the day begins
          C G/B D
Yeah I'm worn I've lost my will to fight
          C G/B D
Yeah I'm worn so heaven come and flood my eyes

[Ending Chorus]

               C G
Let me see redemption win
                   D Em
Let me know the struggle ends
                     C G D
That You can mend a heart that's frail and torn
                  C G
I want to know a song can rise
                     D Em
From the ashes of a broken life
                      C G D
And all that's dead inside can be reborn
                      C G D
Yes all that's dead inside will be reborn
             C G/B D
Though I'm worn
          C
Yeah I'm worn

the C chord in the tabs is actually a C2 chord.
An actual C chord is played with the open low E string, ring finger on the 3rd fret of the A string, middle finger on the 2nd D string, open G sting, pointer finger on the first fret of the B string, and open high E string.
(Another thing, this isn't a correction or anything, but the G and C2 chords can be played without the index finger on the 2nd fret of the A string (for the G chord) and 2nd fret of the D string (for the C2) chord. To play this altered way of the G chord, just take your index finger off of the 2nd fret and use your middle finger to mute that string. Same thing applies to the C2 chord, but, this time, you're just moving everything up a string. So, your middle finger will be on the 3rd of the A string, and the middle finger will also be muting the D string.)
Good and helpful chords though! :)
