It's in 6/4 time. So 6 notes to the bar. 1st and 4th notes are emphasized, and they should be all downstrums.

For very easy playing, only play downstrums on the 1st and 4th beat. For more interesting, but a little more difficult, strum all beats but emphasize the 1st and 4th. All downstrums are fine.

Then you can try rake-picking. :-)
