It is not a F people!!!! it is a d9. Try to get that straight. Also, it is a Bm not a B flat in the chorus.

Your chord progression it's OK in verse... Just change that C chord for a Cadd9 chord (3 3 0 2 3 X).
In the chorus, you said it's a Bb when it's a Bm!
