(1) One chord in the Middle 8 does not sound right to me. Could it be, that the D# there should rather be another C? What do you think?

(2) Just a question because I'm really interested: What makes this tab more "acoustic" than all the other ones on this site? There are some very good versions there and this new submission does not add anything new to them.
