I Saw Her Standing There chords
The Beatles *

1 2 3 4

E7

              E7
Well, she was just seventeen,
    A7 E7
You know what I mean,
                                         B7
And the way she looked was way beyond compare.
   E E7 A C
So how could I dance with another (ooh)
       E7 B7 E
When I saw her standin' there.

     E7 A7 E7
Well she looked at me, and I, I could see
                                           B7
That before too long I'd fall in love with her.
E E7 A C
She wouldn't dance with another (whooh)
       E7 B7 E
When I saw her standin' there.

E7 A7
Well, my heart went "boom,"

When I crossed that room,
                       B7 A7
And I held her hand in mine...

         E7
Well, we danced through the night,
       A7 E7
And we held each other tight,
                                        B7
And before too long I fell in love with her.
     E E7 A C
Now, I'll never dance with another (whooh)
       E7 B7 E
When I saw her standing there

E7 A7
Well, my heart went "boom,"

When I crossed that room,
                       B7 A7
And I held her hand in mine...

       E7
Oh, we danced through the night,
       A7 E7
And we held each other tight,
                                        B7
And before too long I fell in love with her.
     E E7 A C
Now, I'll never dance with another (whooh)
       E7 B7 E
When I saw her standing there
        E7 B7 E
Since I saw her standing there.
        E7 B7 A E
Since I saw her standing there.

The things missing are the instrumental, which happens after the first chorus, and goes:

Instrumental:
|E | | | |
|A | |E | |
|B |A |E | |
|B |A |E | |

Then the LAST LINE is actually:

E B7 A E
Since I saw her standing there.

(Simply visit the A before coming home to E)

Oh, BTW the song is actually played in "E" by the Beatles, so use the transposer to get this thing into E from A (drop down 5 semitones, or go up 7). Then the chords I'm posting here will make more sense :-)

Geez, even if you post as a CORRECTION the website stuffs things up and removes all the extra spaces which you sort of need. I think you'll be able to work out the instrumental above, but the last line is:

Since I [E] Saw her [B7] standing [A] there. [E]
