"Norwegian Wood"
set tempo
Norwegian Wood:Beatles.
Top of charts in '65.
I once had a girl, or should I say
C D
she once had me.

She showed me her room, isn't it good?
C D
Norwegian wood.
    Dm G
She asked my to stay and told me to sit anywhere,
   Dm Em A A7
So I looked around and I noticed there wasn't a chair.
I sat on a rug, biding my time,
C D
drinking her wine.

We talked until two, and then she said,
C D
It's time for bed.
    Dm G
She told me she worked in the morning and started to laugh,
  Dm Em A A7
I told her I didn't, and crawled off to sleep in the bath.
D C D
And when I awoke, I was alone, this bird has flown.

So I lit a fire, isn't it good?
C D C D C Dm7 D
Norwegian wood.

Add a G betweet the C and D at the end of each verse (She once had me, Norwegian wood, drinking her wine, etc.)

Chord progression is right, but not the key, this is in D, while the song is in E, if you want to sound like the recording, using a capo on 2nd fret will work (but if you don't own one, just transpose 1 tone up)
