Song: While my guitar gently weeps (Acoustic demo)
Artist: The Beatles / George Harrison
Composer: George Harrison
Albums: Anthology 3 / Love
Tabbed by DJ
19st Aug 2015

I've seen a few tabbed versions in Dm with capo at
the 5th fret, here's an alternative way to play it.

CAPO: 3rd fret (Sounds in the key of Gm)

Chord names and fret positions are relative to the capo:
Em     = xx2000   Em *   = 022003   G   = 320033
Em7/D  = xx0000   Emadd9 = 022002   E   = 022100
Em6/C# = x42000   Dsus2  = xx0230   G#m = 466444
Cmaj7  = x32000   A      = x02220   C#m = x46654
                  B      = x24442   B7  = x21202

Please remember to star rate this tab, thanks

I look at the floor, and I see it needs sweeping,

    While my gui - tar gently weeps,
   Em          Em7/D       Em6/C#     Cmaj7
As I'm sitting here doing nothing but aging,
Em                Dsus2         G     B    Em   Em7/D
    Still my gui - tar gently weeps--------------------!

Well, it's not a correction, but if you use the capo on the 5th fret instead the 3rd, it gets more like the album version.
