Tuning: TCC plays a half step down, but I like to play this song in drop D (so Drop D Half-Step Down).  
The use of the low "D" string makes it sound more full. You can also play it without Drop D.  
If you play it without Drop D, disregard the use of the low "E" string except during the Em chords.

To simplify the cord readability, I'll refer to Standard Drop D Tuning. Just know that this song is actually
played a half step down from standard.
