G#m B
My real estate
F#
My life is dull
			G#m
And dried up like the sound
               B F#
A voice makes when the heart grows cold

And its going that way

G#m B
I think I’ll move out of state
	  	    F#
Somewhere far from Seattle city lights

They burn my eyes
G#m B F#
California sounds nice but California's a lie
                                        G#m
Maybe I'm out of luck or maybe I'm just blind
F# G#m F#
Oh, this time

E B
Rain on my hopes
	    G#m
Rain on my soul
         F# E
Rain on everything that I know
			B
It feels so ludicrous
                     G#m
The pursuit of this dream
                B E
We thought we'd be along ago

G#m B F#
My life is like a rolling river
	      G#m
So muddy and absurd
	     B F#
And although I might be mistaken
 		     G#m
I know that I’ll be heard
	B F#
And I find the second I try to pull away
	           G#m
I'm thrown back in line
F# G#m F#
Oh, this time

E B
Rain on my hopes
	    G#m
Rain on my soul
         F# E
Rain on everything that I know
			B
It feels so ludicrous
                     G#m
The pursuit of this dream
                B E
We thought we'd be along ago

E B G#m F#
And we are all looking for the same thing. the same thing
E B G#m F#
Seattle is calling me back home, back home

E B
Rain on my hopes
	    G#m
Rain on my soul
         F# E
Rain on everything that I know
			B
It feels so ludicrous
                     G#m
The pursuit of this dream
                B E
We thought we'd be along ago

I thought all the chords/tabs were pretty off, so I did it myself, and here you go. It
along with the track if you sort of do the bass part by only hitting the lowest 2 or 3
of the chord for the verses if you'd like, but otherwise it's all one strum for the
on each chord change and it's basically up-down strumming for the rest of the song.
Yours Truly, Sitting on a Cactus
Happy Playing!

I've noticed that most of these chords except for E are after or on capo two. So I played it as CAPO 2 and changed G#m to 244222[i think it's Fm], B to A, F# to E, and I think E sounds good as D. Remember, those shords are changed to on CAPO 2!!! That's how I play it:)

B C#m
We thought we'd be along ago
C#m E B F#
And we are all looking for the same thing. the same thing
C#m BE B F#
Seattle is calling me back home, back home

Also, it should be an E when he says "maybe I'm just blind" and " I'm thrown back in line"
