You forgot to mention with this tab that the rest of the strings are turned down a half step as well, not just the E string.

To Fealsamh:
He did mention that all the strings are tuned down a 1/2. Drop Db... meaning regular tuning, drop the low E string down a whole step, then all of the strings (including your now D string) down a 1/2 step.
