Key: G

G Em G Em G Em D x2

Em
I've been misplaced in so many ways
Bbm Em
Broken battlegrounds, hiding veils of delicate deceit
    Am
Yet here I breathe
Em
Teeth still gleam from holy water
      C
While millions of lambs migrate to the slaughter
   B Em Am
My head in a bag and my hands are bound to my feet
D
And voices sing:

B
"Were we erased like common thieves?
Em
Tossed in a cell to feast with the fleas
B C
All because we never had written a word."

            G
What will I see, tonight in these eyes
    D C
And what will i know when the morning comes?
Em D G
What will I see, tonight in these eyes
    D C Em D
And what will I know when the morning comes?

B Em
Must we remind of exchanges existing so long ago?
B
Would we arrive at agreeable musings
Em D
Sentimental or just confusing
   B
We lost what we had but we took it back
Am G Em
Friends in the gutter, enjoy one another
     B C
Just give yourself to the dust and the dirt where you stand

            G
What will I see, tonight in these eyes
    D C
And what will i know when the morning comes?
Em D G
What will I see, tonight in these eyes
    D C
And what will I know when the morning comes?

    Em D Am
I'm not who you think I am
              C B
And even if I thought you'd known
                   Am
I never would have told you so
    G
And more alarming
             C A D
I would have done the very same
           C A D
Would have stole more than your name
           C A D Am
Would have cursed and bought the world on your shoulders
             B
I was in the wrong place

At the right time

    Em D G
And what's the worst I'd see
                                C
By giving myself to the earth below me
    Em D G C
Not knowing how far I'd fall, by casting away the ordinary
     G D G C
Just how long can I stay in illusions formed here long before me?
    G D G C
And how long can I breathe this stolen breath here underneath?

Em C
There's that subtle smile that did me in
D Em
She moves...
           C
An agony reminds where I've been
D Em
She breathes
                    C
"I'd never let this happen again."

Am Em
Where's your heart?
C G
Mimicking the patriarch
Am C
She's naive...

It's missing the chords in the huge middle section of the song. Which is at least 2 minutes of music if I had to guess.

I believe the section that you're thinking of has the exact same chords as the chorus except on the last time through you end with E major instead of minor.

A lot of this looks really good, but there's a few things that I think are a bit off.

First of all, I think the Bbm in the first verse is actually an Edim. I think he's just moving the B in the Em chord down a half-step to get that effect on guitar.

Then I think there's some chord inversions going on in the chorus.

G
What will I see, tonight in these eyes
D/A G/B C
And what will i know when the morning comes?
Em D/F# G
What will I see, tonight in these eyes
D/A G/B C
And what will I know when the morning comes?

It's possible that there's Em/B instead of G/B, but that's what sounds more right to me.
