  Sixteen military wives

Seargeant sent a letter to five
           A E

Will they find the solution in time
              A E
Using their fifteen pristine moderate liberal minds
A B
  Eighteen academy chairs

Accurate except that you wrote C# instead of C#m as it should be

You can strum an A chord once at "and the anchorperson on TV", but good tab!

Yeah C#m instead of C#, apart from that it's correct. You tabbed it right but you just got the name of the chord wrong.
