this is a simple pentatonic scale in Em.

the beginning is played by bending an A (14th fret on the G string) up to
a B (1 step), and also playing the B on the 12th fret of the B string.

the rest is improvisation on the Em pentatonic scale.

Man, you almost have something right that nobody else has. They've all written "Ashen Lady". Whoever heard of an ashen lady? You wrote "Passion Lady". I'd bet anything he sings, "Passionate Lady". Listen to the song and see if I'm right. I think I am. Thanks for the rest. Obviously this song can be played lots of ways as a blues in the key of E. You are correct about the scale. Anyone who is not familiar with the Em pentatonic or Em blues scale should not be playing this song.
