Not a bad effort. You've got the notes right, but its actually played lower down on the neck at the 12th fret.
All the notes are on the E minor pentatonic scale, but you will only need the B,G, and D strings in this solo:
12
e x - - x
B x - - x
G x - x -
D x - x -
A x - x -
E x - - x
(The pentatonic is great for improvised solos for beginners, especially for bluesy music)
He also uses the 11th fret on the G string for the note you had as the 16th fret on the D string.
Secondly, the bend is a unison bend, which means you play the 14th fret on the G string and the 15th fret on the B string at the same time, but bend only the G string. This creates a unique sound when used with distortion.

Still a good first tab though, keep practising!
(Try learning the zepher song by RHCP by ear, its good practice)

Actually, i think you'll find that yours is completely ****ing wrong.
You mentioned that a) its your first tab, and b) you are only twelve.
you havent got a ****ing clue and the notes werent even right (even though i said so in my comment on your tab.
You are twelve years old? I've been playing longer than you've been alive.
And seeing as it was your first tab, i wouldnt be so cocky. Grow up and take some advice from someone who knows what they're talking about you stupid ****wit!

Whoever gave this tab a five star rating needs shooting.
You guys are pathetic, and an embarrassment for anyone who plays guitar.
Here's my advice:

GIVE UP!
