Good job! but I think that in the Chorus, the Bridge and the Outro is not Am but A... I'm pretty sure.

after 'head soft' near the beginning, it changes to a G. U've missed that out, but other than that its pretty good

Sounds good to me - but I'd play a dm7 instead of the Dm which just doesn't play right for me.
Also the Am in the Chorus etc. doesn't always sound right - maybe a Asus2 every now and again? Not sure that is quite right either but think it sounds better than the Am.
