Ok, so after much experimenting, HERE is the way to play this song correctly. I'ts a
matter of putting a capo on the 2nd fret!

           D
Well it's a big big city and it's always the same
          F#m F#m Fm Em
Can never be too pretty tell me your your name
                                                 A7
Is it out of line if I were so bold to say would you be mine

           D
Because I maybe a begger and you maybe the queen
           F#m F#m Fm Em
I know I maybe on a downer am still ready to dream
                                     A7
Now it's 3 o'clock time it takes for you to talk

            D F#m
So if your lonely why do d'you say your not lonely
            F#m Fm Em
Oh you're a silly girl, I know I hurt it so
      A7
It's just like you to come and go

This isn't the proper way to play it at all. The other tabs are correct. This is basically just the same song, but on a different key.
