My friend and I wanted to jam this song and I was shocked that there was no tab
already up. So here it is. Sorry if the chords dont match up perfectly with the
timing of the lyrics, ultimate-guitar doesn't always understand when I what the
'tab' button means

Sounds great! Adding an E7 after the E at the end of each phrase adds a nice touch to it, too.

I believe the section between first chorus and 2nd verse, and later between the 2nd bridge and the ending instead of B A E (x4) is G#m A E. The note he sings is a G#, which is in the B chord, but the harmonies suggest a minor chord. and the bass plays a G# also, not a B. and a minor chord sounds better there anyways. other than that the chords you have picked are all spot on. I just think the G#m plays better to the song there.
