Really good. The only correction I would make would be to add a G chord during the chorus after the F going to C, played like it is going C-G-F, if that makes sense.

Good job, I spotted one thing I think needs correcting. In the bridge (Don't you say it feels like heaven...) it sounds like the progression should be "E, Am, G, F" instead of "Em, C, G, F".
