Intro: Gm (F F#m)
       Gm C

Verse 1:

Gm
I'm a half-hearted fool
      F
With a heart that's broke in two
   Cm
A quarter and a kiss is all
                     Gm (F F#m)
it should be worth to you

Gm
I must be the last of my kind
          F
'cause you treasure me despite all the signs
    Cm
The love has disappeared and
                           Gm
Darling you shouldn't even try

Pre Chorus:
F Cm Gm
After every fight we always wonder what we're fighting for
F Cm D
Mint me up and mark me, yeah, you stole me but I am not yours

Chorus:

Bb D
As you cry, I wanna lie
      D# D#m Bb
Say I love you so, darlin' even though I don't
            F D# D#7
There's no easy way to ease the pain
Bb D D# D#m
Roses and the tulips have withered away, they had their day
Bb F Gm (F F#m)
So it's time to say goodnight and goodbye

Verse 2:

(Same as verse 1)

You're so bright that you shine right through
All the problems that I always try to lay on you
Won't you take me off darling?
And get some air in this rooms

I can't believe a what I can
I hold inside of my hand
Well end up partying and
Might decide to mess up the plan
I'd be a lying if I told you that we would work you

[Chorus] (Same thing except for the last phrase)

Bb F Bb
So it's time to say goodnight and goodbye

D# F D D#
Nobody's singing about you any more
D# F D D#
You thought you heard it well you must've heard wrong
D# F D D#
It's my business and that's alright
Cm F
Don't you see that?

Bb D
As you cry, I wanna lie
      D# D#m Bb
Say I love you so, darlin' even though I don't
            F D# D#7
There's no easy way to ease the pain
Bb D D# D#m
Roses and the tulips have withered away, they had their day
Bb F D# D#m
So it's time to say goodnight and goodbye

All of the D's should be D minors, but otherwise, it is just fine. Also, it ends on a Bb, not F

For the end of the pre-chorus, it might be a D major, but I think that a Dminor7 would sound the best

Sorry Fellway, I must disagree...
It must be Dm only at intermezzo - "Nobody's singing about you any more..", and it may end with a F7 to link to the next Bb.

And at chorus, it's not Eb7 but C7. At this time bass line plays a C and backing vocals sing an E. Can't be Eb7...

This version 3 is much better than the others.

Regards.

Definitely Dmaj in the chorus and definitely C7 instead of Eb7

All the Ds in the bridge "nobody's sing about you anymore..." should be Dm

Last line of the bridge "don't you see that" should be C7 instead of Cm

Other than that, this is the most accurate version out there.
