Watching The Ships Roll In Lyrics by Kooks:

Intro-- Bm G D A Bm

Bm G
watching the ships roll in,
D A G D A - Bm
hoping that i , will still be his friend, in the morning
Bm G
watching those ships roll by,
D A G
wishing that i, could move this earth,
       A Bm
if i could, for you i would do.
       Bm A G
i got nothing to say,
       G A Bm
i got nothing to lay at your feet
              Bm A G A
i just keep hoping, hoping, you will be the man,
               D
that I couldn't be....

And So on.......

still watching the ocean move,
if only i, could show you my soul
and places Ive been.
watching the ocean curl.
and little girls playing in the sand, as Walk.
longing to listen to u talk.
i got nothing to say,
i got nothing to lay at your feet
i just keep hoping, hoping, you be the man,
that i couldn't be

i got nothing to say,
i got nothing to lay at your feet
i just keep hoping, hoping, you be the man,
that i couldnt be

actually i play this song like that:
Capo on 5th fret
Am C# F
C C/C# Am C# F C
And then before chorus I just had G and then Am C# and F for the chorus itself

capo 5th fret is definitely wrong
i just played it without a capo along with the song and its very close
this is a really decent tab, im not sure why the rating is so low...
thanks for this. its a great song

I'm absolutly sure of the version i gave you before. I just wrote you the notes in case you didn't play it like i do!
Capo on 5th fret
Am 002210
C# 302010
F 133211
C 032010
C/C# 022010
(I personnally think your tab is wrong comparing it with the song, and mine seems to be better but actually it's more than possible that I've just made a mistake!)
