This is what I presume to be the most natural chord progression, 
but Evan Dando is down a half-step on the recording from "It's a Shame About Ray," 
so either tune your guitar to Eb - Ab - Db - Gb - Bb - Eb to play along with the album, 
or Capo the 2nd fret and try the alternate tuning that appears below the first set of chords.
