In the chorus when he goes from G to D he hammers on the high E string instead of just playing it outright, and some of your chord changes aren't right if you're singing along. But other than that, good chords.

just a note... your chord guide at the top is written backwards... example Am is actually x02210 not the way you have it as "01220x". you should always write it from the top string which is the lowest note (lowest E to highest e) just like in scales it always starts from low to high.... just letting you know this is the standard and it makes it confusing for others to read even though those are basic chords already. :D
