Tuning: Standard

This is how John plays it. He uses all barred chords but you might be able
to play it capo 3 if you can transpose.

Intro:

Cm Eb F Cm
Pulled off the highway in Missouri and low our hearts were heavy laid
                                  Eb F

        Cm G Cm
He has raised me from the pit and set me high

Left that place in ruin, drunk on the Spirit and high on fumes
                                  Eb F
Checked into a Red Roof in stayed up for several hours and then slept like
Cm

In the burning fuselage of my days
       F Cm F G
Let my mouth be ever fresh with praise

He has fixed his sign in the sky

With all the sharps small shards of shrapnel
Cm G

Cm Eb F Cm
Head down towards kansas We will get there when we get there don't you worry
                             Eb F
Feel bad about the things we do along the way
                    Cm

We inhaled the frozen air

Use the controls on the left to push it up to +9, then capo 3.

^ haha yep, that's how I play it as well -- although, if I may offer a suggestion... When you transpose a tab, if you go down (rather than up) it may be easier. To play this song capo 3, go down 3. If you wanted to play a song on capo 5, just go down 5.

Good luck and happy playing!
