Hey, I got these chords straight off of an acoustic version of this song they played.
This is how Zach (the middle guy in the video) plays on the acoustic guitar with little
string picks during the verses and pre-chorus. You can play the simple chords throughout

Admittedly I didn't watch Zach during the video, I only played along, but...

I noticed during the "whoaaaa" breakdown, the bass chords are Am, G, F--F(ring or strum F through the 4th bar). This is why I don't like the Capo 3 version because you can't get down to the F.

PS, I'm new to UG, so I don't know why my proposed correction above shows "F--FAm G". Don't know what I did wrong and don't know how to correct it. The progression I intended is "Am G F F".
