CAPO 4TH FRET: chords relative to capo

Intro:

Am F E C F

Verse 1:

Am F
The polyester vest she wears at the arcade
E
On a break from tearing tickets,
                    C F
Every minute spent on this old pinball machine

Am F
Saving up her money to pay her tuition
E
"Got a little left over," she thinks
       C F
So she puts it in the machine
      C E7
Cause she’s got a high score to beat

Chorus:

       C
Hey Jane, I got a little money
                    F
Wanna spend it on a night away?
      Dm G7 (high E first fret, open B G D)
We’ll drive until tomorrow, drive a mile for all our sorrows

          Am
Hey Jane, I know you’re hungry honey
                       C
But I promise you that things will change
     Dm G7
Just don’t let your life’s income determine your life’s outcome

Solo:

Am F E C F

Verse 2:

Am F
She had a good job that she traded for cocaine
E
Everyday became the same
                    C F
And yesterdays were celebrated but forgotten so fast
Am F
Cause everyone around her surrounds her in excess
E
She’s trying harder to convince herself
                    C F
That all her better days are not in the past
         C E7
And that this paycheck’s gonna last

Chorus:

       C
Hey Jane, I got a little money
                    F
Wanna spend it on a night away?
      Dm G7 (high E first fret, open B G D)
We’ll drive until tomorrow, drive a mile for all our sorrows

          Am
Hey Jane, I know you’re hungry honey
                       C
But I promise you that things will change
     Dm G7
Just don’t let your life’s income determine your life’s outcome

Solo 2:

       C
Hey Jane, I got a little money
                    F
Wanna spend it on a night away?

The first F in the verse needs to be a Dm (the F power)
the walk in the verse from the E to F is just E-1-2-
The walk in the chorus is from the F to Dm is E-1-0-
In the chorus, i think it goes to G then to G7

So other than the F everything is great. Throw those in and it just sounds better
