Wear my badge, vinyl sticker with big block letters adherent to my chest. Tells
your new friends: I am a visitor here, I am not permanent. And the only thing
keeping me dry is (where I am)

You seem so out of context in this gaudy apartment complex. A stranger with your
door key explaining that I'm just visiting. I am finally seeing, well I was the
one worth leaving.

Melody part before final chorus:

-8-8---------8-8---------------------------|
-------------------------8-----8------5-3--|
------12-12-------12-12-----9-----9---5-4--|
10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10--12-12-12-12--5-3--|

-8-8---------8-8--------------------------|

--------------------------8--8--8--8---3--|

-8-8---------8-8---------------------------------------|

--------------------------8--8--8--8--3-3--3-3-3-3-3-3-|

It's hard to match the energy of the final chorus with just your acoustic
guitar, but strumming it strongly while picking up the tempo some will help.

-5---8---3--|
-7---9---4--|
10--12---3--|
-8--10---5--|

This ending is different than the ending in the song but it sounds the same

-5----8----7---7---7-|
-5----8----8---8---8-|
-7----9----7---7---7-|
-10---12---9---9---9-|
-8----10---10--10--7-|
-5----8------------0-| repeat

the chorus can be simplified cuz that's a crazy stretch to play on acoustic. try playing x03010 x3x030 and 353433 or 3x0030. very nice tab.

That's a very good suggestion; I've spent lots of time playing barred 9ths that these stretches are a very little problem for me, but it makes sense to make them easier like you've done. Thanks for the compliment!
