finally the 100% right version...here it is

[Intro]
Ebsus2 Bb Absus2 Bb (2x) (look at chord notation above!!!)

[Verse]
    Cm G Fmadd9 G7#13 G Cm
Do you remember once upon a time - when you were mine?
            G Fmadd9 G7#13 G
The stars above were bright and new. I pulled them down for you.

[Bridge]
      Fmadd9 G
But when I fell in love again.
    Fm G G7#13(Arpeggio)
You said that all good things must end

[Chorus]
Cm Ab/C Bbsus4 Fm7
Baby, that's just the way it is, baby
Cm Ab/C Ebsus2 Bbsus4*
Baby, that's just the way it is, baby

[Verse 2] (same as verse 1)

I've never had a hand for solitaire - it's so unfair.
Did I should have my chance and lose?
I feel like I've been used to help you through another night.
You spelled it out in black and white

[Chorus]

[SOLO] (Verse first 2 lines)

[Verse 3] (almost same thing)

The tides that once had carried you away
they bring you back today.
The time has washed away my pain.
I find that things have changed and
disappeared without a trace.
  Cm G
You can't get back what you've erased

Repeat one Chorus with Intro Chords then several times with normal Chords and fade out...

This tab is pretty good except that it changes after verse 3 when it goes to half time then it goes to Eb, Bb, Ab, Bb, and stays there to the end.
Cheers

I believe the two chords near the end for 'You can't get back what you've erased' are Ab and Bb.
