VERSE:

D A
Day after day I'm more confused
D E A
But I look for the light through the pourin' rain
D A
You know, that's a game, I hate to lose
Bm D
Feelin' the pain, taking the strain

Chours:

A
Give me the beat boys and free my soul
E D
I wanna get lost in your rock and roll and drift away
A
Give me the beat boys and free my soul
E D D5 B5 A5 F#5 E
I wanna get lost in your rock and roll and drift away

VERSE:

D A
Beginin' to think, I'm wastin' time
D E A
And I don't understand the things I do
D A
The world outside looks so unkind
Bm D
I'm countin' on you, to carry me through, so

Chours:

A
Give me the beat boys and free my soul
E D D5 B5 A5 F#5 E F#
I wanna get lost in your rock and roll and drift away
A

I wanna get lost in your rock and roll and drift away

Bm
when my mind is free
D A
Your melody can move me
Bm
when I'm feelin' blue
D A
The guitars comin' through will soothe me

D A
Thanks for the joy you've given me
D E A
I want you to know I believe in your song
D A
Rhythm, and rhyme, harmony
Bm D
You helped me along, makin' me strong, so

Chours:

A
Give me the beat boys and free my soul
E D

I wanna get lost in your rock and roll and drift away
A
Give me the beat boys and free my soul

I wanna get lost in your rock and roll and drift away
A
Give me the beat boys and free my soul
E D D5 B5 A5 F#5 E F#
I wanna get lost in your rock and roll and drift away

              A
Won't you to take me
              E
Won't you to take me
           D D5 B5 A5 F#5 E F#

I was hoping there'd be more fills, because that's really all you hear from the guitar in the song for the most part.
