The actual chords for the verses are Fadd9, Dmadd9 (usually just one per bar though), BbAdd9 and Gm7

The chorus ends with a C

For the break it's Bb, Bbsus2, F, C, F Fsus4 F
and Bb, Bbsus2, F, C for the one before the next verse.
