Check this video out Mr izzy. I think my chord is correct, but my naming of it is incorrect. The chord before the D/F# should be called "Em7sus4." To everyone else, strum the low E when you get to the chord in question, but play it like you would Bm7. Check out the video, it looks like Billy's left hand middle finger stays put for the whole song except for the descending line in the towards the end.
