   [Lyrics]

   Punctured bicycle
   on a hillside desolate.
Will nature make a man of me yet?

   When in this charming car
   this charming man.

   Why pamper life’s complexities
   when the leather runs smooth
   on the passenger seat?

   I would go out tonight.
but I haven't got a stitch to wear.
   This man said “It’s gruesome
that someone so handsome should care”.

Chorus:

   [Lyrics]

can't this be played with standard tuning?

Yes, but if you listen to the beginning of the song, Marr plays some muted strings (they're not in the tab) but listen and you'll hear them. The first muted note is an E that was mostly likely played by palm muting an open D string, with a capo on the second fret.

can someone tell me if this tuning is just two semitones up on all strings?
