make sure you include to capo the 4th fret (for baritone ukulele at least) and you're golden!

the chords are E G#m and then F#m and B if you haven't got a capo.

sounds better going up for the chorus though so better with barre chords or capo.

I actually think that in the "show me the path down to the shoreline..." part, the chords switch up to Dm->Em->F->G->C. Got that from this version of the song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QBnhSAxzgSM
